    4 (12 oz each) rib eye steaks
    Hy-Vee sea salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee onion and chive cream cheese spread
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee chunky blue cheese salad dressing
    4 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
    Chopped parsley, optional

    Directions

    1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
    2. Season steaks with salt and black pepper. Grill steaks for 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (145 degrees) or 12 to 14 minutes for medium (160 degrees), turning once during cooking.
    3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cream cheese and salad dressing. Top grilled steaks with cream cheese mixture and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Top with blue cheese crumbles and parsley, if desired, before serving.
