| 1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee traditional or fat-free refried beans | ||
| 1 (1.25 oz) envelope Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
| 1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
| 1 c. finely shredded lettuce | ||
| 1 c. Hy-Vee salsa | ||
| 1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced black olives, drained | ||
| 1 c. Hy-Vee shredded Monterey jack cheese | ||
| Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional |
Directions
- Spread beans on large plate or platter.
- Mix taco seasoning with sour cream. Spread on top of beans.
- Layer remaining ingredients on top of sour cream.
- If desired, serve with tortilla chips.
