Olive Nut Spread
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temperature|
|½ c. mayonnaise|
|1 c. stuffed olives, chopped|
|½ c. pecans, chopped|
|2 tbsp. olive juice, optional|
|Freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
|assorted crackers, for serving|
- Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
- Fold in chopped olives, pecans and olive juice. Season with pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving on crackers.
