    8 oz.tofu
    1 tsp.dill
    ¾ tsp.onion powder
    ½ tsp.garlic powder
    ½ tsp.tarragon
    1 tsp.lower-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp.lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Crumble tofu. Mash with fork.
    2. Add dill, onion powder, garlic powder, tarragon, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mash together well.
    3. If desired, thin with a little water.
