2 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
1 pimiento pepper or freshly roasted sweet red pepper | ||
½ tsp. dill | ||
¼ c. chopped green onions | ||
1 (14.75 oz) can salmon, drained, with skin and larger bones removed | ||
parsley sprigs, optional |
Directions
- Place tofu, lemon juice, pimiento and dill into blender container and blend until smooth.
- Add green onions and salmon. Blend again until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve in a dish garnished with parsley, if desired.
