    1(10.5 oz) pkg silken tofu
    2 tbsp.lemon juice
    1pimiento pepper or freshly roasted sweet red pepper
    ½ tsp.dill
    ¼ c.chopped green onions
    1(14.75 oz) can salmon, drained, with skin and larger bones removed
    parsley sprigs, optional

    Directions

    1. Place tofu, lemon juice, pimiento and dill into blender container and blend until smooth.
    2. Add green onions and salmon. Blend again until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve in a dish garnished with parsley, if desired.
