|⅓ c.||Fage non-fat plain Greek yogurt|
|4 oz.||fresh goat cheese (chevre), room temperature|
|½ c.||part-skim ricotta cheese|
|Salt, to taste|
- With a hand mixer, beat yogurt, goat cheese and ricotta cheese on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt.
