4 oz. fresh goat cheese (chevre), room temperature | ||
½ c. part-skim ricotta cheese | ||

Directions
- With a hand mixer, beat yogurt, goat cheese and ricotta cheese on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt.
