Like peaches and cream for breakfast, only healthier and heartier, this simple recipe for overnight oats will have you looking forward to breakfast.

½ c. Quaker® Oats
½ c. nonfat milk
¼ c. Vanilla Activia Yogurt
½ c. peaches, sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground flaxseed


  1. Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk
  2. Alternate between layers of sliced peaches and layers of yogurt. Finish with a layer of sliced peaches.
  3. Top with cinnamon and ground flaxseed. Refrigerate 4 hours, or overnight.
