|1 c. quick oats|
|¼ c. chia seeds|
|½ c. unsweetened shredded coconut|
|1 tsp. cardamom|
|1 tsp. cinnamon|
|1 ½ c. Ripple original milk|
|1 mango, peeled and chopped|
|1 large banana|
|Chopped pistachios , for garnish|
Things To Grab
- Bowl or large glass jar
- Paper umbrella toothpick, optional
Pour milk into mixture and stir until combined.
Add mango and banana, stirring until everything is combined.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow mixture to thicken. Serve cold topped with chopped pistachios.
