    1 c. quick oats
    ¼ c. chia seeds
    ½ c. unsweetened shredded coconut
    1 tsp. cardamom
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 ½ c. Ripple original milk
    1 mango, peeled and chopped
    1 large banana
    Chopped pistachios , for garnish

    Things To Grab

    • Bowl or large glass jar
    • Paper umbrella toothpick, optional

    Directions

    1. Mix together oats, chia seeds, coconut, cardamom, and cinnamon in a bowl or large glass jar. 

    2. Pour milk into mixture and stir until combined. 

    3. Add mango and banana, stirring until everything is combined. 

    4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow mixture to thicken. Serve cold topped with chopped pistachios.
