Oatmeal Raisin Apple Crisp

|4||large apples, peeled, cored and sliced|
|2 tsp.||Hy-Vee lemon juice|
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee ground cinnamon|
|¼ tsp.||ground nutmeg|
|¼ c.||cold Hy-Vee butter, cut into pieces|
|4||Hy-Vee bakery oatmeal raisin cookies, crumbled|
|Hy-Vee ice cream, optional|
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-inch-square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Toss together apples and lemon juice in prepared pan.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Stir in cookie crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
