    1 sleeve(s) Hy-Vee snack crackers, finely crushed
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 tsp. apple pie spice
    ¼ c. margarine, softened
    5 medium Braeburn apples, peeled, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee spiced apple granola yogurt

    Directions

    1. Combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar, oats and apple pie spice. Cut in margarine until mixture holds together.
    2. Place apple slices in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice.
    3. Place crumb mixture over apples.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with yogurt.
