    1medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    ¼ c.prepared Hy-Vee Thirst Splasher raspberry low-calorie drink mix
    ¼ c.plus 2 tsp Hy-Vee Fiber Nuts cereal, divided
    1 tsp.sugar
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ¼ c.vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 tbsp.golden raisins, optional*

    Directions

    1. Place chopped apple into 2 small microwave-safe bowls. Pour prepared drink mix over apples, with half in each dish.* Cover bowls with plastic wrap. Poke hole in top of wrap to vent. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir.
    2. Mix 1/4 cup cereal, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple mixture, with half in each dish. Top each dish with yogurt. Sprinkle tops with 1 teaspoon Fiber Nuts cereal each.
    3. Let stand 5 minutes before.
    4. *OPTIONAL: Add 1 tablespoon golden raisins to apples before cooking, dividing between 2 bowls.
