    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 (10.75 oz) can Hy-Vee condensed cream of chicken soup
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee parsley flakes
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 lbs. fresh mushrooms, quartered

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Stir together sour cream, soup, broth and parsley flakes.
    3. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with mushrooms.
    4. Pour sour cream mixture over mushrooms.
    5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
