    1 to 2 c. ripe fruit, cut up: a single summer fruit or combine 2 or 3 - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, peaches, nectarines, plums, bananas, pineapple, apricots
    1 c. flavored low-fat or light yogurt: vanilla, lemon, tropical fruit, peach, strawberry, orange or coconut
    1 c. juice: grape (use white with light-colored fruits, purple with berries), orange, apple, cranberry cocktail (regular or light), pineapple
    1 c. ice

    Directions

    1. Simply toss all of the ingredients into a blender container or food processor, whirl, and pour into tall glasses.
    2. Exact measuring is not necessary.
    3. Some examples:
      Blueberries, lemon yogurt, grape juice, ice.
      Cantaloupe, tropical yogurt, pineapple juice, ice.
      Cherries, strawberries, strawberry vanilla yogurt, cranberry-strawberry juice, ice.
