    1 lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth & Cheesy, cubed
    2 (4 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced green chilies, drained
    1 ½ lbs. Hy-Vee boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1 (16 oz) jar Hy-Vee mild taco sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pepper-jack cheese, shredded
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for serving

    Directions

    1. Scatter cubed Smooth & Cheesy in a 13-by-9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is nearly melted. Stir in chilies and chill 10 minutes or until cooled.
    2. Combine shredded chicken, taco sauce and garlic powder. Spread on top of chilies and cheese.
    3. Sprinkle evenly with shredded pepper-jack cheese.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving with tortilla chips, if desired.
