1 lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth & Cheesy, cubed | ||
2 (4 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced green chilies, drained | ||
1 ½ lbs. Hy-Vee boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded | ||
1 (16 oz) jar Hy-Vee mild taco sauce | ||
1 tsp. garlic powder | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pepper-jack cheese, shredded | ||
Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for serving |
Directions
- Scatter cubed Smooth & Cheesy in a 13-by-9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is nearly melted. Stir in chilies and chill 10 minutes or until cooled.
- Combine shredded chicken, taco sauce and garlic powder. Spread on top of chilies and cheese.
- Sprinkle evenly with shredded pepper-jack cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving with tortilla chips, if desired.
