Easy Bean Dip
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat then cream cheese, softened|
|1 (1.25) pkg Hy-Vee 30%-less-sodium dry taco seasoning|
|1 (16 oz) tub Hy-Vee sour cream|
|2 (15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans|
|1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee finely shredded Mexican cheese, divided|
|Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for serving|
- Combine cream cheese and taco seasoning in a large bowl. Fold in sour cream and refried beans.
- Spread half in an 8-inch-square baking dish. Top with half the cheese. Spread remaining dip in the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubble. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
