3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
½ c. chopped red bell pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice
1 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peaches, mango, bell pepper, green onion, orange juice and cilantro. Cover and chill until serving time or up to 24 hours.
  2. Salsa is great served over fish or chicken and alongside pita chips or ice cream.
