1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped | ||
2 tbsp. chopped green onion | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, onion, oil, lime juice, vinegar, red pepper, salt and black pepper. Cover salsa and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve salsa with tortilla chips if desired.
