Lobster-Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Servings and Ingredients
|15 to 20 fresh whole mushrooms|
|1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened|
|1 packet(s) imitation lobster|
|1 large egg|
|¼ c. bread crumbs|
|½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside.
- With a mixer, combine cream cheese, lobster, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl. Fill mushroom caps. Place in shallow casserole dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
