    15 to 20 fresh whole mushrooms
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 packet(s) imitation lobster
    1 large egg
    ¼ c. bread crumbs
    ½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside.
    3. With a mixer, combine cream cheese, lobster, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl. Fill mushroom caps. Place in shallow casserole dish.
    4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
