    1 lbs. 93% lean ground beef
    8 c. hot water
    1 (6.4 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Skillet Meal lasagna dinner
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen Italian mix vegetables

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Drain.
    2. Return beef to Dutch oven. Stir in hot water and sauce mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Stir in macaroni and vegetables. Cover, return to boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
