⅓ c. chopped onion | ||
⅓ c. chopped celery | ||
4 c. Hy-Vee 2% milk | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee instant mashed potato flakes | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
- Turn off heat and stir in potato flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
