1 (4-oz.) pkg. Junket simply strawberry ice cream mix
1 (4-oz.) pkg. Junket Dutch chocolate ice cream mix
3 ¾ c. Hy-Vee whole milk, divided
2 ¼ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream, divided
1 (4.75-oz.) pkg. Junket strawberry Danish sauce
2 ½ c. cold water
½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts favorite fruit trio (pineapple, kiwi & berries)
2 bananas, peeled and cut lengthwise
2 tsp. Torani caramel sauce
2 tsp. Torani dark chocolate sauce
2 tsp. Hy-Vee dried tropical fruit trail mix
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee aerosol original whipped topping
2 Hy-Vee maraschino cherries with stems

Directions

  1. Prepare vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice creams according to pkg. directions using 1¼ cups milk and ¾ cup heavy cream for each mix. Prepare Danish sauce according to “fruit sauce” pkg. directions using 2½ cups cold water and omitting any fresh fruit additions. Set aside 2 tsp. strawberry sauce for topping; reserve remaining sauce for another use.

  2. Separate pineapple, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries from fruit trio on a cutting board. Leave blueberries whole; cut remaining fruits into bite-size pieces. Set fruits aside.

  3. For each sundae, scoop ¼ cup of each vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice creams into a banana split dish. Take 2 banana halves and place on either side of ice cream scoops. (Reserving remaining ice creams for another use.)

  4. Top sundaes with the 2 tsp. Danish strawberry sauce, caramel and dark chocolate sauces, fruit trio, trail mix, whipped topping and maraschino cherries.
