    1 small ripe banana, mashed

    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk

    Directions

    1. Spray 2 8-oz. each microwave-safe mugs with nonstick spray; set aside.

    2. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Add egg; combine thoroughly. Stir in banana, oil, and milk. Divided batter between prepared mugs.

    3. Microwave, one at a time, on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
