2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa | ||
½ c. potato starch | ||
1 c. chopped nuts |
Directions
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, then the cocoa and potato starch. Blend together. Stir in the chopped nuts. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch-square pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve.
