Servings and Ingredients
|⅓ c.||unsweetened cocoa|
|2 tbsp.||cold water or brewed coffee|
|2 tbsp.||(heaping) margarine, softened|
|1 tsp.||instant coffee granules|
- Mix cocoa, sugar, egg and water in a 1-quart saucepan. Place over low heat and cook, but NOT boil. Remove from heat when first bubbles appear. Cool.
- Add margarine and instant coffee. Beat with an electric mixer until very light and fluffy.
