| ⅓ c. unsweetened cocoa | ||
| ⅔ c. sugar | ||
| 1 large egg | ||
| 2 tbsp. cold water or brewed coffee | ||
| 2 tbsp. (heaping) margarine, softened | ||
| 1 tsp. instant coffee granules |
Directions
- Mix cocoa, sugar, egg and water in a 1-quart saucepan. Place over low heat and cook, but NOT boil. Remove from heat when first bubbles appear. Cool.
- Add margarine and instant coffee. Beat with an electric mixer until very light and fluffy.
