|1 tsp.||gluten-free vanilla|
|¼ tsp.||baking powder|
|¾ c.||gluten-free baking mix|
|½ c.||chopped walnuts, optional|
|½ c.||gluten-free cocoa|
- In a large glass bowl, microwave margarine on HIGH power for 45 seconds to melt. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Mix in baking powder, baking mix, walnuts and cocoa just until blended. Spread batter evenly into an 8-inch-square baking dish.
- Microwave on MEDIUM for 8 to 10 minutes, until the top appears dry and springs back when lightly touched. Rotate dish a half-turn about halfway through cooking time.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
