4 (6 oz each) fresh or thawed mahi mahi fillets, about 1/2-inch thick |
Directions
- In small saucepan combine broth, green onions, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic and salt to taste. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Cool.
- Preheat grill to medium (300 to 350 degres). Lightly coat grill basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Rinse fillets; pat dry with paper towels. Brush fillets with broth mixture and place in grill basket; tuck under any thin edges. Grill 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing frequently with broth mixture.
