    2 (6 oz each) mahi mahi fillets
    ½ c. light Kraft Golden Caesar salad dressing, divided
    1 (9 oz) pkg Dole hearts of romaine lettuce
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Caesar-flavored croutons

    Directions

    1. Combine fillets with 2 tablespoons salad dressing in a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    2. In a medium skillet, add fillets and dressing. Cook over medium heat, skin-side-down for 5 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
    3. Combine remaining dressing, lettuce, cheese and croutons. Evenly divide between two serving plates. Top with fillets.
