|Juice of 1/2 lemon|

|cracked black pepper, to taste|
|4 tbsp. sundried tomato pesto, divided|
|2 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted, divided|

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place mahi mahi fillets in an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Bake 5 minutes. Turn fillets and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve topped with pesto and pine nuts.
