    6 thick-cut pork loin chops (about 3 pounds)
    1 c. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours, turning once.
    2. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Grill pork over medium-hot grill 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees turning half-way-through cooking time.
