    4 (5 oz each) boneless pork chops
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
    2. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard marinade.
    3. Grill pork chops over direct heat for 6 minutes*. Flip pork chops over and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
    4. *Balsamic vinegar can burn easily. If pork chops begin to burn, finish grilling over indirect heat.
