    2 tsp. fennel seed
    2 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 ½ tsp. onion powder
    ¾ tsp. freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee coarse sea salt
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    4 bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds total)

    Directions

    1. Grind together fennel seeds, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt in a mini food processor or coffee grinder. Pour into a small bowl and stir in olive oil. Rub evenly onto both sides of each pork chop.
    2. Grill pork chops over medium coals 7 minutes. Turn over and continue grilling 6 to 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
