    1 c. low-fat granola
    ½ c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    ½ c. Hy-Vee whole wheat flour
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried mixed berry blend
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee sweetened flake coconut
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee canola oil
    ⅓ c. agave nectar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, allowing foil to go over edges of pan. Lightly coat foil with non-stick spray.
    2. In a large bowl, combine granola, oats, flour, dried fruit and coconut. Set aside.
    3. In a small bowl, combine egg, oil and agave nectar; stir into granola mixture.
    4. Press mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
    5. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 2 hours. Grasp ends of foil and lift from pan. Cut into 12 bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap. Store wrapped bars at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze the wrapped bars in an airtight freezer container for up to 3 months.
