    4 c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 c. Hy-Vee flake coconut
    ¼ c. wheat germ
    ⅔ c. light agave nectar
    1 tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tbsp. walnut oil
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried blueberries
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Combine quick oats, coconut and wheat germ in a large bowl.
    3. Stir together agave nectar, water, vanilla and walnut oil. Add to quick oat mixture, stirring well to coat.
    4. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    5. Add blueberries and cranberries after baking. Store granola in airtight container.
