Raisin Granola Bars
Servings and Ingredients
|4 c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats|
|2 c. Hy-Vee raisins|
|½ c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|1 c. Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter|
|½ c. Hy-Vee honey|
|½ c. light corn syrup|
- Combine oats, raisins and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
- Combine peanut butter, honey and corn syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir well and pour over oats. Stir until oats are evenly coated.
- Press firmly into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Cover and chill until firm.
