    1 ¼ c. skim milk
    1 (1.4 oz) pkg sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
    ¾ c. port wine, such as Sandeman's Ruby Port
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen cherries
    Popsicle sticks

    Directions

    1. Whisk together milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
    2. Transfer mixture to a blender. Add wine and cherries. Blend until completely smooth.
    3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or 3-ounce paper cups. Freeze for 1 hour. Insert popsicle sticks into molds and freeze completely, at least 4 hours.
    4. To serve, dip bottoms of molds or cups into warm water to melt and loosen sides of popsicle molds.
