1 c. seedless green grapes, roughly chopped
1 c. seedless red grapes, roughly chopped
3 tbsp. chopped red onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. seeded, chopped jalapeño pepper*
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine grapes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with chips or grilled chicken, fish or pork.
  4. *Use caution when handling hot peppers. Wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly in hot, soapy water afterward.
