½ c. Sunkist diced fresh pummelo* segments
1 c. diced ripe-but-firm avocado
1 c. diced ripe-but-firm avocado
½ c. small-diced red bell pepper
¼ c. chopped green onion
¼ c. chopped cilantro, optional
sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine pummelo, avocado, red bell pepper, green onion and cilantro. Toss gently to blend thoroughly.
  2. Season with just a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serving suggestions: Excellent served with tortilla wedges or on top of grilled or baked seafood.
  4. Tip: The addition of cilantro improves this salsa!
  5. * Sunkist grapefruit may be substituted when pummelos are not in season.
