Avocado Melon Salsa

Description
Sweet, juicy watermelon adds a refreshing twist to this lightly seasoned salsa. Enjoy it on chips or over grilled fish or chicken. If you prefer more heat, add some of the pepper seeds.

⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, toss together avocado, watermelon, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, mint, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Cover and chill for 2 hours until serving time.
