    2 c. uncooked Barilla three-cheese tortellini
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper
    ½ tsp. curry powder
    ¼ tsp. ground cumin
    2 tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¼ c. chopped Wilson Deli Thin Slice pastrami
    ½ c. diced celery
    1 c. halved seedless red grapes
    ¼ c. cubed Havarti cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, pepper, curry powder, cumin, vinegar and sugar.
    3. In a large bowl, stir together pasta, mayonnaise mixture, pastrami, celery, grapes and cheese.
    4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
