    1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee light ranch dressing
    2 tbsp. KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce
    8 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    2 c. Hy-Vee 2%-milk shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1 small red bell pepper, diced
    ½ c. chopped fresh cilantro
    Hy-Vee sour cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. In a medium bowl, mix together beans, dressing and barbecue sauce.
    3. Spread about 3 tablespoons bean mixture over top of each tortilla. Place on baking sheets.
    4. Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with 1/4 cup cheese. Top each with diced pepper and chopped cilantro.
    5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
    6. Cut into quarters and serve with sour cream if desired.
