    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
    1 red pepper, thinly sliced
    ¾ c. fresh snow peas
    ½ c. broccoli florets
    ½ c. cauliflower florets
    2 tbsp. HealthMarket sesame ginger dressing
    2 tbsp. water
    ½ tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (6 oz) pkg fully cooked chicken strips
    1 (8.8 oz) pkg Uncle Ben's 90-second original long grain rice

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add peppers, snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    2. Stir in dressing, water and soy sauce
    3. Stir in chicken. Cook until heated through.
    4. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions. To serve, pour rice on a serving plate. Top with stir-fry.
