1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced | ||
1 red pepper, thinly sliced | ||
¾ c. fresh snow peas | ||
½ c. broccoli florets | ||
½ c. cauliflower florets | ||
2 tbsp. HealthMarket sesame ginger dressing | ||
2 tbsp. water | ||
½ tbsp. soy sauce | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg fully cooked chicken strips | ||
1 (8.8 oz) pkg Uncle Ben's 90-second original long grain rice |
Directions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add peppers, snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in dressing, water and soy sauce
- Stir in chicken. Cook until heated through.
- Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions. To serve, pour rice on a serving plate. Top with stir-fry.
