    1 fryer chicken, cut in pieces
    salt and pepper, to taste
    2 c. ketchup
    6 oz. Coca-Cola
    ¼ c. brown sugar
    2 to 3 tbsp prepared mustard
    1 to 2 tbsp Liquid Smoke flavoring


    1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange in a large frying pan.
    2. Combine ketchup, Coca-Cola, brown sugar, mustard and Liquid Smoke. Pour over chicken.
    3. Cover pan and cook over medium heat for about an hour.
    4. NOTE: Make extra barbecue sauce if desired for dipping.
