Servings and Ingredients
|1||fryer chicken, cut in pieces|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
|¼ c.||brown sugar|
|2 to 3 tbsp prepared mustard|
|1 to 2 tbsp Liquid Smoke flavoring|
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange in a large frying pan.
- Combine ketchup, Coca-Cola, brown sugar, mustard and Liquid Smoke. Pour over chicken.
- Cover pan and cook over medium heat for about an hour.
- NOTE: Make extra barbecue sauce if desired for dipping.
