    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper
    4 (6 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    ¾ c. Cookies Original Bar “B” “Q” sauce, divided

    Directions

    1. Prepare grill to medium heat.
    2. To make rub, combine chili powder, ground cumin, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Lightly coat both sides of chicken breasts with rub mixture.
    3. Place chicken on grill rack. Close cover. Grill 5 minutes. Turn chicken over, close cover and grill an additional 5 minutes. Brush cooked side of chicken with barbecue sauce. Turn and brush chicken with barbecue sauce.
    4. Cook, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 10 additional minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
