    2(14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1(16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables
    1(15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, rinsed and drained
    1(14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1 tbsp.Old Bay seasoning
    1 ½ tsp.ground cumin
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee chili powder
    Hy-Vee sour cream, Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese and Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional

    Directions

    1. In a large stockpot, combine diced tomatoes with green chilies, vegetables, black beans, chicken broth and seasonings. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
    2. Serve topped with sour cream, cheese and chips, if desired.
