    1 packet(s) pecans, chopped
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips


    1. Sprinkle pecans in a 9-inch square pan.
    2. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Increase heat to high and stir constantly until mixture turns a caramel color. Pour over pecans.
    3. Sprinkle chocolate on top of caramel and spread evenly while warm. Cool 30 minutes before serving.
