    1 Hy-Vee ready-to-bake refrigerated pie crust
    6 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    2 Hy-Vee bakery English toffee cookies, finely crushed
    1 c. Hy-Vee flour
    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ c. cold Hy-Vee butter, cut into pieces
    4 Hy-Vee bakery English toffee cookies, coarsely crushed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and place on a baking sheet; set aside.
    2. Toss apples with finely crushed cookies and spoon into pie crust.
    3. Combine flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in coarsely crushed cookies. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
    4. Bake pie on baking sheet for 75 to 80 minutes or until topping is golden brown and pie is bubbly. Cool on a wire rack.
