    1 (21-oz.) can Hy-Vee blueberry pie filling

    • 4 (8-oz.) ramekins
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Medium bowl
    • Wire cooling rack

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 4 (8-oz.) ramekins with nonstick spray; set aside.

    2. Remove muffin tops; set aside. Tear muffin bottoms into bite-size pieces; place in a medium bowl. Add  blueberry pie filling. Lightly toss together. Divide mixture among ramekins.

    3. Break apart muffin tops and place on blueberry mixture. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
