    3 c. fresh blueberries
    ½ c. plus 3 tbsp Equal Sugar Lite, divided
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee flour
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ c. light butter, softened
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish, stir together blueberries, 3 tablespoons Sugar Lite and orange juice.
    2. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    3. In a medium bowl, cream butter and remaining 1/2 cup Sugar Lite until combined. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Pour mixture evenly over blueberries.
    4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
