|¼ c. Hy-Vee Dijon-style mustard|
|2 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|¼ c. chopped fresh parsley|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
|4 (6 oz each) halibut fillets|
|Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish|
- Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium.
- Combine mustard, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; brush over fish.
- Grill fish, covered, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Top with additional parsley, if desired.
