    ¼ c.Hy-Vee light salad dressing
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee spicy mustard
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
    2 tbsp.freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs
    4(1/2 pound each) halibut steaks

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    3. Place halibut steaks on a greased baking sheet. Top each with 1/4 of the mustard mixture.
    4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
